هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء مقياس الكفايات المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بالجزائر، وفق البرنامج السنوي لنشاطاتهم والمقترح من طرف وزارة التربية الوطنية، وقد تمّ تقنينه على عيّنة مكوّنة من(70) مستشارا من ولاية تقرت اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، كما تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن تمتّع مقياس الكفايات المهنية بدلالات صدق وثبات مقبولة تتناسب وخصائص المقياس الجيد بعد تطبيقه على عيّنة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني.

The current study aimed to build a scale of professional competencies for school and vocational guidance counselors in Algeria, following the annual program of their activities proposed by the Ministry of National Education. It has been applied on a sample of(70) counselors from Touggourt District, who were chosen in a simple random way. The descriptive approach has been applied to achieve the objectives of the study. Finally, The results have showed that the professional competency scale had acceptable levels of validity and reliability commensurate with the characteristics of a good scale after applying it to this sample.
